A TCU fan at the Killer Frogs site wrote that all the aggy whining and gnashing of teeth at Texags was like a "drag queen story hour". That made me laugh
 
The ags are just butthurt because they cannot accept that theirs is not a "destination school", it's a "stepping stone school". Kinda like TCU, huh ags?

Personally, I think tceh would be a better comparison. Tceh & a&m are much more similar than either would care to admit. One undeniable comparison: we lured coaches from both (we take what/whom we want). Hope this one turns out better. Schloss doesn't have a gf, does he?

This has lit the incinerator in the ags arse as they hate Texas and Texas really doesnt care too much about them. We have been ultra successful for many many decades and they have not. Its like penis envy but oh so much sweeter since they are melting down and we havent even began playing them yet. This is Christmas in June!!!
 
I didn't realize the Trev Alberts handling and events as well as Elko's handling were so similar. Aggy doesn't have any room to whine except It was Texas.

Schloss is frustrated that the $85 mil stadium project isn't moving forward fast enough. Trev then tells Schloss "we're still committed to baseball" but that the project has to be funded 100% by donations, which they cant get because of the Jimbo buyout. Trev then tells Schloss its ok to move on because he knows if Schloss leaves he doesn't have to fulfill the stadium deal for a while if ever because he knows this Jimbo thing has them hamstrung for at least another 7 years.

To sum it up, Albert ran off Schloss because Aggy is broke and doesn't have the money to fulfill their commitments? This is about to take this to a whole other level of aggy trolling!

I am good friends with a lifelong tried and true A&M grad who is pretty tied in down there and very rational (yes it happens more often than we like to admit as the crazies at that school are who we like to focus on) and he has said effectively this, the dirty secret is that the Jimbo buyout is having a cascade effect and this is just the biggest and most noticeable one. The other dirty secret is that Trev Alberts was brought in to cut costs to the bone and he is doing exactly what he was hired to do.

Whatever, I don't care about baseball. Just sounds like a weird dude to me. Funny, if he wasn't now the Texas coach, y'all would think the same thing if he went to, say, OU.

Sark has past judgment issues too, but not gonna hold it against him forever, especially since he seems to be doing well on and off the field. No idea regarding the circumstances of Schloss’ divorce. Did he beat her or something?

That comment was a little hyperbole by Schloss as his kids were out of college by then. I don’t expect to live in the same city as my grown kids.
