They are so hungry for success that they will mate with livestock just to win. Oh wait, thats normal behavior in college station. They tried to buy success in football with jumbo and that failed. They had success with Schloss but when your AD tells you "if you want to leave, we understand" that pretty much told you where they stand. I doubt 100% of aggies suck but its a solid 99.99% that do.

Is it? I find that it's really hard to screw up if you have the right rub then follow times, temps and wrap it.....ok, maybe I find it easy because I know how.

I bought two pellet smokers trying to make that part easier only to realize it's worth the frustration of managing variable wind speeds to get a superior result.

Absolutely agree. I have my splits down to what I think is the perfect size to manage temps.

Yep. Split them down with a kindling cracker then cut to size with a miter saw.
