UT, OU, and SEC?

I am 100 percent sold on Sark.
I believe he will prove to be an elite hire
We better hope so because anyone who thinks we go from practically never winning the Big 12 in football to some unexplained sudden success in the SEC (still competing against a good OU program) might need their critical faculties examined now that we are also competing against Bama, Florida, LSU, Georgia, Aggy (yes), Auburn, Arky... yeah my orange glasses tell me we're gonna dominate that field on a regular basis

But Texas will make more money! Which, *checks notes* (thank you @mb227), does nothing for the average fan or HF poster.

If this move happens, then I will have found a good thing about living in northeast IL. I won't have to deal with insufferable Aggies being in the same conference and around the annual game.

Unlike some folks, I think TCU would add some real value to another conference. Hopefully for them, they (and Tech) get a PAC invite.
TCU's problem is their Media appeal, same with Baylor. With the two, you get Ft Worth and Waco, little else. That is why TCU was not initially in the Big 12. Baylor was because Ann Richards was the Gov. Texas Tech has a bigger fan base than either TCU or Baylor.
