Truly all you need to control the sheep is a thunder-stick & a good Blue Heeler. Much cheaper than buying a whole Journalism Dept...unless you're wanting to control the 2 legged sheep. Then, yes, a Journalism Dept stocked with "good conservative aggys" does help to deliver the message & herd the masses.
