Kevin Corke on FOX just made a great point. Sanctions are being laughed at by russia, perhaps Putin and Xi have an agreement / alliance to support one another economically. Normally heavy sanctions would be felt by Russia given their current circumstance but they don't seem to give a rat's arse about them
