Our hitters ought to apologize--simply a travesty that they've spoiled 12.2 innings of one-hit baseball by Wood, and I'm phrasing that as nicely as I possibly can.

Holy mother! That was scary. Wood has been awesome! But it is time to sit him and let the other guys have a shot at this.

Wood has best performance ever by a UT pitcher 12 2/3 of scoreless ball. In 30 years of watching Texas baseball I have never seen better and I cant imagine there was a better performance.
