Very messed up. Her parents are a disgrace to allow this. She permanently ruined her voice, and what's sad is that she doesn't really sound like a man. She sounds like an old lady whose voice was damaged by whiskey and cigarettes. And of course, she looked messed up at the beginning but looks like a total freak show by the end.

Holy crap Deez is that the reason behind the explosion in apartments here in Katy? I hadn’t thought of that. They are going up like there is no tomorrow.

Definitely makes sense to me. One of my best friends (who's my age) flunked out of college in the mid '90s. He was studying poli-sci. He returned about six years ago, changed his major to accounting (much harder than poli-sci), and graduated almost at the top of his class.

I asked if he worked a lot harder or studied harder. His exact words were, "I'm not any better than what I was then. The difference is that almost every college student around me now is a lazy dumbass, and that's making me look smart and hard-working."

Apartments are a big ticket to areas going Democratic. It's younger, single people (and lots of single moms). None of those groups are conservative.
 
Don’t know specifics but I read awhile back multi-family dwellings would become the predominant housing being built because Govt programs were going to favor them with building codes, loans, etc. I never followed up on it but it (the incentives) sure seems that way in Katy and my son says same is happening in Nashville’s neighborhoods. If I counted and reported the number of new apts, and those still under construction, around the Katy Costco I am certain you would call me a liar. It’s as though no one considers what this will do (and has done already) to the traffic patterns.

Government money favors them, and of course, they're easier property tax revenue for the cities. Accordingly, most city governments are all for them.

That is actually good to hear. My oldest daughter is graduating high school this year and is a very diligent student. I figured she would do well but this helps.

Of course she is too white to make into the University of Texas. She has friends with significantly worse resumes who got in because there was one big factor they scored well on.

Which means 38% of non-white that tend to vote in blocks. Look who has been voted in as Senator and Governor lately. Before those two Hubert Humphry was as left was you can get.

Districts that are 62 percent white often elect Democrats (especially in the North), but they usually don't elect crazy, Jew-hating, socialist black women. That's fairly unique.
 
So storming a Capitol building is ok now?
Since the bill bans gender reassignment surgery on anyone under 21 wonder how many in the vid had the surgery? I guessing 0.
