Iowa punter dropped the ball on the ground and then tried to kick it off the ground--illegal kick that gives Wisconsin the ball first and goal. . . .Hawkeyes intercept pass on fourth and goal, but refs missed a clear defensive hold on another receiver right out in the open when defender grabbed his jersey and clearly pulled it so that it stretched and looked like it might rip.

I agree. Besides, it wasn't a classic drop kick. The punter dropped it, hesitated, and when he realized he did not have time to pick it up, just kicked it as it lay on the ground.
