I've been told for months that CDC and the other players that represent the power structure of UT football are on the same page over what happens Herman. I haven't believed it the last 5 weeks. I've asked, but I keep hearing, yes, everyone is on the same page. Bout to find out.

He may be on a short rope.
There's just not enough time and this season was just too weird.
If he loses early next season I wouldn't be surprised if a search begins.

While I can understand the frustration, there are almost certainly uncontrollable factors that are responsible for the delay.

Maybe it means he is the coach for 2021, but the way it read only indicated he is the coach at the present time. Pretty sure that was how it read.

Herman is the coach to begin 2021. How anyone thinks otherwise is beyond Bill Gates or whoever's pay grade.

Let me add that folks on another board are observing the oddity that CDC, contrary to his normal MO, has not been congratulating the football team for a while — tweets — as he is apparently known to do for other sports. I’m not a Twitter guy so I cannot confirm but if that is true, it’s just another subtle indication that a change is probably coming. Certainly last night’s win and performance would normally elicit a response from the AD.

Well, coming from a dumbass perspective, one would think that if TH was DEFINITELY the head coach for 2021, they would have that statement prepared and released by now.

"To address the rumors of a head coaching blah blah blah..."

What would help more is doctor's in Tennessee getting past this opioid "crisis" horse ****. First got a prescription 20 years ago in Texas. Moved to Nashville 3 years ago to be closer to family and magically doctor in Texas didn't know what he was talking about. All 3 bulging discs confirmed by MRI notwithstanding.

IDE I got a script for hydrocodone for sciatica. D*** those things are dynamite. The true “happy” pill. I had to quit taking them cause I liked them too much. But if you have pain, and I can only imagine three bulging discs, they do the trick.

Amazing that 2 people so far must believe Texas would have beaten LSU this year in BR.

Well that includes me. I said that after the end of last season. And I certainly believe it now we would have stomped them.
