This Supreme Court justice, in an opinion today, did not think that LGBT people were getting a fair shake by their employers at work. He listened to a lot of LGBT people who had the audacity to complain about the system... This Supreme Court justice, who actually listened, is not a leftist... he is Justice Neal Gorsuch, President Trump's first conservative, Republican, Supreme Court justice appointee...

Is it the job of the Supreme Court to interpret laws or make laws? No one could honestly agree that the 1964 Civil Rights Act was ever intended to apply to gay or transgendered people. This act could easily be amended by congress to include those groups, but it absolutely was not the meaning 1964 or any year after until the Supreme Court declared words meaningless today. In short, you have identified yourself as believing the ends justify the means. It makes sense now that you approve of extortion or are trying to tell us extortion is bad manners.

I was ardently anti-Trump and did not vote for President Trump in the last election.... but I will vote for him this time over the anarchy promoting alternative. You should be careful about making assumptions...

BOSTOCK v. CLAYTON COUNTY, GEORGIA. I read the opinion this morning. It was an interesting analysis of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title VII in the majority opinion.

Both times I asked a question.
I applied that question to no one and called no one a name.
There was nothing specific about it.
From the students perspective they are standing up to systemic racism.
That is the perspective I was speaking to.
You are perceiving it as you want.
And I was responding to a post calling the students fascist so don't act like I was the first to throw that word around.

Our situation along with okie state seems to show how selfish these players are and one reason why we haven't turned the corner. The current big time winning programs for the most part have more cohesive teams, which is a big reason they're better. Obviously, these are young kids, mine included, who are wrongly influenced by the hypocritical liberal media and liberal politicians. They can't see how hypocritical they are with protesting and riots being ok but criticizing everything else that doesn't fit the liberal agenda. Liberal media makes up about 90% of the total so it's almost a given most people are being mislead. And yes, Fox is more fair than the others, and if you disagree then you aren't watching.

If they do continue to push for pay they may soon find themselves in a more precarious position to make demands. Would a school take the NFLs position ala Kapernick and say, sorry but we pay you to represent us and we get to call the shots not you? ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE AN EMPLOYEE WHO HASN'T DONE JACK FOR MY COMPANY

"Hubbard then said he had gone "about it the wrong way by tweeting" and added that "from now on we're gonna focus on bringing change, and that's the most important thing."

Some Hornfans posters are still sticking to the Nazi, Fascist, angry old white guys, it's not extortion line, . The Okie State running back is realizing that publicly attacking people is not a very good idea. There are other ways to go about it. Sounds like he's more mature than those who wish to pretend that anything and everything said and done in the name of change is inerrant.

Here's the history I just read.
Robt. E. Lee used to end his addresses at Washington & Lee University with the words "the eyes of the south are upon you".
A supposed racist UT president decided to copy that and at the end of his addresses would say "the eyes of Texas are upon you".
I believe it was The Cowboys group that decided to make fun of the president and wrote the song by putting lyrics to the tune of I've Been Working on the Railroad.
They would then stage minstrel shows wearing black face and sing this song.
This was somewhere around 1900.
Not expressing an opinion here.
Just giving you the history.

So, he doesn't like OAN and thinks Gundy should not wear that shirt. If Gundy does not agree to not wear a shirt like that, then there has been no change? This doesn't;t sound like much of an apology.

Pretty sure every single person who sings that song sings it as a song supporting Longhorns and with its "warnings" directed to opponents in jest....and that is ALL on anyone's mind.
Ironic those wanting to create change and progress have now...in a typical self-fulfilling prophetic manner... created an aura of racism today in regards to the song that was on virtually no ones radar previously.
Need proof?? Just look at all the media outlets - including UT outlets themselves - who were unanimously like, "Wait...what?!?...The Eyes of Texas is racist??"

....I guess if they were trying to write a racist song and perpetuate racism and immortalize racists they should have done a better job and been more blatant about it.
UT must have been trying to secretly hide our blatant and rampant racism and succeeded so well no one had a clue!
