Just as troubling is the billions Pfizer has had to pay out last 10 years for the many many bad meds and manipulating of Docs etc to get their drugs sold.
Our gov't knew the data on Pfizer but still gave immunity to them and the other drug companies.
 
OMT, my oldest daughter got vaccinated once by the Army before deployment. She kept it from me for a month. So I know this info is offensive. But it can save lives!

In Austin where I work they still require "high performing" masks for vaccinated people and fit-tested N95s for unvaccinated, without any reference to natural immunity or the decreasing severity of the virus. Good thing I get to work from home. Otherwise I would be looking for another job. This is ridiculous.

In Round Rock ISD they still want all the kids to wear masks and are pushing vaxx for elementary kids. The only saving grace is that my son who is very young is not forced to wear a mask. If they did I would look for private or home school options. I am proud of him because he is one of the only kids in the whole school not to wear a mask. It doesn't bug him to stand out.

According to the Healthcare Association of Hawaii, 151 patients were hospitalized with Covid on Wednesday. Of those, only 19% had received a booster shot, although 38% were otherwise fully vaccinated; 43% remained unvaccinated.
 
Garmel, it doesn't matter. They have 1 study that is probably not very well designed. That is THE official study, so all the others including examples from all over the world don't count.

I don't know much about this study but I do remember that many of those HCQ studies were designed to fail.

In a state where 86% have received at least one dose I would say you are promoting the vaccine. Especially since vaccinations skew older.

Findings In this open-label randomized clinical trial of high-risk patients with COVID-19 in Malaysia, a 5-day course of oral ivermectin administered during the first week of illness did not reduce the risk of developing severe disease compared with standard of care alone.

Meaning The study findings do not support the use of ivermectin for patients with COVID-19.

It is a narrow window. If you are Malaysian, with Covid, and you have (undefined) comorbidities, then Ivermectin doesn't appear to be particularly helpful in preventing the infection from becoming severe.

It does not speak to people without comorbidities, nor to those who would use it in combination with hydroxychloroquine or in combination with other therapies.
 
Limited to a 5 day course too. High risk too means Ivermectin is less likely to have an effect. We also need to see if people with mid-level risk are helped. Also what about a 7 day course? A 10 day course? It also stated starting the course in the first week, but starting in day 1 versus day 7 of symptoms can be a huge difference. If you start giving medication after having the virus for 7 days, I would say that is way too late.
 
So QE 2 was triple vaxxed as I am sure EVERYONE around her was. How or from where did she get it?
How many times were we told you couldn't get it if you were vaxxed and boostered?

Overall, the CDC estimates that roughly three-quarters of US adults are fully vaccinated, and 87% have received at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine. Outright vaccine refusal, in other words, is relatively rare among Americans (although many seem to have taken one dose of the vaccine and decided not to pursue second doses or boosters).
