Coronavirus

The pharmacist that I said that to said “if they can’t read the facts and look at the results after 8 months maybe they shouldn’t work in healthcare.” You do the inferring. If it’s me it’s an implication. Google it.

You’re trying to twist me into calling you stupid.
I believe in preventative Medicines like proven vaccines for things I feel threaten me. I also believe in taking care of yourself.

Not trying to get you to say anything like that.

It’s the trump cult in Tulsa that’s sucking on the vents.

My comment about our health care vaccine mandate was “It’s an intelligence test. Are you smart enough to work for us?”

OK, defend or explain this video.

I don't expect you to reply, to be honest. When faced with a difficult position you seem to stay silent, then pivot

There is trust factor with Trump among liberals and moderates. We think he lies a lot and he expects those who work with him to go along with the lies. He's the typical strongman who sees personal loyalty to him to be a virtue that Trumps all others. What happened to Jeff Sessions is instructive.

I get the feeling if liberals were in the middle of the Atlantic with sharks swirling, they'd refuse to get on a boat Trump sent for them. Too funny

Jackson is 80 years old and a pretty big guy. I don’t agree with anything he stands for, but I wish he and his wife well.

I don't agree with what he stands for either, but I'd take him even with his corruption and extortion over the modern activist class of Ibram Kendi or Ta-nehisi Coates. Those dudes are toxic and destructive.

I once walked into the Undergraduate Library beside Jesse Jackson. He is huge. He asked me to vote for Bill Clinton. I told him I had to go study.

Next, I tested positive for COVID today. I have a mild case according to the doctor. It feels like a significant flu case so far. 100F fever and muscle soreness. Hopefully I will be over it at the end of the week.

I don't regret anything. I made my decision based on my assessment of risk. We will see how it turns out.

Get well. Zpack and steroids worked good for me.

Get well my friend.

My wife is in a hospital in San Antonio, in the oncology ward. They're putting Covid cases on the same floor, in another "wing". You can see the sign for the other "wing" 50' down the hall from the oncology ward. There's no door separating the two depts. Seems like a good idea to mix Covid patients with folks with severely compromised immune systems to me.

The ER actually put a Covid patient IN the oncology ward. The mistake was quickly caught and the patient was moved, but every caregiver who been exposed could no longer see oncology patients. My wife's nurse changed mid-shift and that was why. It's a cluster. The hospital is over run with Covid patients. I heard a caregiver say "80-some odd" have been admitted.

Delta variant seems to be a real *** kicker.

I can not even imagine the feelings you have seeing this go on.

I remember being upset back in Jan. 2020 when they flew a plane load of cases from Wuhan into San Antonio where they were to be kept in isolation on Kelly AFB. Now they're practically in the next hospital bed.

I won't register to read a paywall story. I am guessing this is more fun with statistics where people look only at a rate per 100K people instead of focusing on what the actual number is. Rates in a small population area can almost always be milked to make something the best OR the worst, depending on the agenda to be fit...
There you go. Dismiss that this could be a superspreader event. Well done. Very on-brand.

The media lied about Sturgis last year, so I would expect nothing less than misstatements again this year, meanwhile ignoring Obummer's party, the CNN music event, the Chicago festival that Betelgeuse wanted to attend and *checks notes* oh yeah, the whole southern border fiasco.
