Never show up the ump. If you don't get tossed from the game outright, you will be punished in other ways.
True, but an ump doing that needs to be fired on the spot.

I'll give the guy credit for his admission, but now he needs to publicly start working to fix the law and condemning woke prosecutors who won't enforce shoplifting laws. I the downgrading to misdemeanor certainly hurts the problem, but I think the broader move not to charge at all is the bigger problem.
No way he will. He supported the bill based off feel good liberal group think, but in true liberal behavior he won't have the spine to work on legislation to get it over turned.

One again this week, Nashville elected another progressive leftist as mayor. On NextDoor, the liberals complain about the ongoing crime, homelessness and high taxes. Yesterday, a Louis Vuitton store was robbed in the middle of the day. Security guards tried to stop it so they were apparently fired.

I think you have to go back further than '20. It really goes back to the Ferguson riots in '14 and the media's and Justice Department's hyping of them. That's when BLM really became a big national movement and when white liberals went crazy.
Unbelievable. I certainly hope those young idoits are going to prison for the rest of their lives.
If only we could figure out why retail theft has increased over the past 2-3 years....
