That's fine as long as he isn't a 4.6/4.7 with no hops. I would prefer a Steve Atwater type of safety - big, fast, and takes no prisoners, AND nobody wants to go over the middle when he's on the field.

For my money, the best OU LB ever, although Carl McAdams was the prototype 50s/60s MLB. The stop he made on Ernie Koy was the greatest picture perfect tackle I ever saw.

Coming from Southeast Texas, and going to a HS that was about 60-65% coonass, I always spelled his name "Choate". Hated to see him go out the way he did.

I watched film on Ross, this kid looks like he would be a 5'star offensive linemen. Don't know if he is open to a position switch but if he is then he would be damn good. Probably a high draft pick.
