2018 Recruiting - Football

Vernon Jackson did make it in for his OV to aggy. This is one of those that no one knows for sure what is going to happen, not even him. I like him, hope its us

Word is aggy did NOT close the deal with Vernon Jackson on his OV there.
Meaning we still have a legit shot here into the close
:hookem:

Sadly, a couple late CBs from Bama mods for Jackson to aggy

But famous hater James Hale gave a CB for Moro Ojomo to the good guys

All of Coburns CBs are to Texas

Not sure if I want to root for it... but notice A&M has signed one of the top 15 and is considered a favorite for the other three, including one who is verbally committed. Would it be a bad or a good thing to keep every one of the top 15 in state?

Since we don't play aggy and if it makes schools think twice about recruiting here I don't/wouldn't have a problem with it.

Looking like there will be no major surprises - things are going down not unexpectedly. I assume Ossai will go to Texas.

He visited Oregon over weekend, but hard to see his mom being on board with that

Some of the twitter posts read like a foreign language. We need a works in progress document for status updates going forward. Nobody can do it better. Eh?

EJ Holland and Mike Roach percentages --

RB Keaontay Ingram (95 percent)
DL Moro Ojomo (95 percent)
DL Joseph Ossai (95 percent)
DL Keondre Coburn (85 percent)
ILB Andrew Parker (85 percent)
OL Christian Jones (85 percent)
DL Vernon Jackson (50 percent)
WR Tommy Bush (50 percent)
WR Lawrence Keys III (10 percent)
WR Jaylen Waddle, Houston Bellaire Episcopal (1 percent)

Eric Nahlin's final percentages -- "As you can read, we're expecting a finish of Ingram, Coburn, Ossai, Bush (could be Baylor), Parker, Jones, and Ojomo. That would hit the predicted finish of 29. It'll be interesting to see if anyone decides to shut things down today."

RB Keaontay Ingram 100%
NT Keondre Coburn 95%
BLB Joseph Ossai 95%
DL Moro Ojomo 90%
LB Andrew Parker 85%
OL Christian Jones 80%
WR Tommy Bush 60%
DL Vernon Jackson 20%
WR Lawrence Keys III 5%

Perhaps a good time to note that, just after the early signing was done, the paysites were all saying the same thing --"Texas leads for no one."

Why is Keys such a low percentage?
Looking like Notre Dame.
He made a twitter insinuation the other day that many took as confirmation. I took it as a response to our growing WR depth.
-edit- just saw JoeFan's reply at same moment apparently

Could be Parker or possibly Bush
Getting Bush to come to Austin after Waco might be seen as a chess move
Also Bush and Ojomo just recently started following each other on Twitter
As always, we will see

So Anderson doesn't make his decision for awhile, it seems. Any thoughts on our percentages for his signature?
