2018 Recruiting - Football

There are no sane moments on Hornfans during recruiting/signing day.

We're all cray cray up here.
I saw the humor in it myself when I caught the error...It was just a different error apparently than I first thought. Since corrected. No accusations of saneness now on the forum. Whew...glad I caught it before the moderator jacked me for slander.

Mods here are pretty lenient if you don't say negative things about DKR, Earl, Shiner beer or attractive UT co-eds.

Perhaps a good time to note that, just after the early signing was done, the paysites were all saying the same thing --"Texas leads for no one."
Well I don't understand that because everyone believed that ingram and Coburn still favored the good guys right! Wasn't that common knowledge.

Even though recruiting is not over yet you gotta give props to Herman and co. Looks like more good ones are still coming. And throw in Anderson this class will be solid thru and thru. This class will have a major impact on this program and I like it!:fiestanana::fiestanana:

I hope so because our last top 3 class didn’t amount to ****

When wide receiver Joshua Moore announced in a message posted to his Twitter account on Sunday that he had verbally committed to Texas, it marked the culmination of a dominant cycle of in-state recruiting. Moore, who chose the Longhorns over Oregon after rescinding a previous pledge to Nebraska in December, is the 11th player in the state of Texas’s top 15 for the class of 2018, according to the 247Sports Composite, who either has signed or is committed to play college football on the Forty Acres......

"is the 11th player in the state of Texas’s top 15 for the class of 2018"

11 OF 15 is DOMINATION - take THAT aggy!

And take THAT Alabama, LSU, Ohio State, OU, Ole Miss and other out of state programs that have been harvesting this state's best recruits for too long.

Sounds like he has made the phone calls to the other pursuing schools, as word is leaking out they are out of it

Big get for the good guys
High ceiling -- he is still just 16y

Hope we can redshirt him and keep him for the full 5 years, he kinda reminds me of Poona but with a higher ceiling.

BTW, Don't know if the kid likes alcohol, but he is going to be at Texas 4 years before he can legally find out.
