They have beaten three ranked teams this year, and have come close to beating others. RPI is 61 - They're not as bad as we think.

Ok I guess I was thinking ranked when they beat them so none came to mind immediately. They’re still the worst loss for Texas in the committee’s eyes I would think. Their Net ranking is up to 72 now I believe.

She looked fine yesterday. Wondering how physical practice was yesterday? This game would already be over if she was playing. Having said that, we've had some players really step up. Shay has no confidence in her shot tonight but has helped out on defense. Vic left Rori, Shaylee and Shay in the whole 1st half. We really need to make sure we come into next season with guard depth.
 
Recall the last game Sonya made a shot while falling forward. She hobbled a little after that but played the rest of the game. Wonder if her current problem is related to that incident or something she did in practice. We really need her shooting plus she has become a real force on defense.

She was gimpy at the end of the Kansas game.
 
Anyone notice how red that ref’s face got when Vic was chewing him out? It must have worked as the foul calls seem more valid now.
 
Have a tiny bit of sympathy for Tech. They haven’t been relevant nationally since the ‘90s (have they?) and Marsha Sharp is rarely mentioned by national media, that I know of. Jody and Texas are mentioned regularly when WBB and Title 9 is discussed, even during our down years. Must be challenging promoting their program. Still want to beat the crap out of them tonight. :yippee:
 
This is hard to watch. Unfortunately I'm in the arena and can't turn it off. Time to up the blood pressure medicine. These refs are unbelievable!
