Trayvon Martin story

The 911 tapes haven't been considered? I would beg to differ, they have already been released to the public.
I heard a rumor they were doing a voice analysis on these tapes. I have heard nothing definitive from the recordings that I heard.

Evidence at the scene, what the gun? The broken nose? The grass stained shirt, the abraison on the back of the head?

I am pretty sure that the gun is in the evidence locker at the Police Station.

What you have not heard about is the bag of Skittles, what was in the kids pockets, his Ear PIerce, his cell phone, the Arizona Ice Tea. We have not seen that part of the Police Report, I am sure that will come out.

Mr. Deez you said that you saw the Police Report, what did it say about those items?
 
What kind of marks were on Martin's Body? Any broken noses, cheek bones, orbitals, swelling or contusions?

Any Defensive wounds?

I understand that there will be a gunshot wound, any other markings or bruises or swelling?

I am sure they did an autopsy, right? When are those results coming out?
 
Nobody's seen Zimmerman's bruises or broken nose. He wasn't taken to the hospital for treatment. So far, all we have is his version..

The problem is when someone lies, it only take a small slip up to wonder if a guys story is credible. His story matches perfect to his injuries up to where the eye witness saw.
 
The evidence you sighted does not even get past a Grand Jury.

According to what I heard on the 911 tapes, he was following Martin until the 911 dispatcher told him to stop, then there is a minute of who knows what? Nobody knows if he went back to his truck or continued to follow Martin and caught up with him. The scuffle, nobody knows who started it, was done by the truck so that would indicate that Zimmerman when instructed to stop following went back to his truck. This coincides with Zimmerman's story.

Zimmerman's story also jives with both Oliver? and Cutcher the other witnesses.

Unless there is evidence that none of us know about... he should not be indicted. With the evidence that has been leaked, as the entire Police report has not been released, the only way he gets indicted is because of racial pressure. Which I think most rational folks will concede this is not a race crime, with the known information.

Deez, you keep saying you read the Police Report, I have only read the only bits and peices that were leaked to the Sentinel, is that what you are referring too?
 
There would have been no one to attack were it not for the murderer's pursuit of a kid who posed not threat to him.

Bear in mind, we won't get the balanced view, because the unarmed child is dead.
 
From what has been reported, the pursuit of Martin had stopped and Zimmerman was on his way back to the truck when he was approached by Martin.

So if Martin would have just kept going he would be alive today......

I can speak ridiculous too.......

Kid died, tradegy happened.

What about all the other kids who have died since Feb. 26th? Where is your outrage for them?

You guys have already made your minds up, so there's no point in haggling with you on it. You're construing all information in the most favorable light to Zimmerman and believing everything he says. That's OK, but we're going to have agree to disagree on this one. Scott Peterson could have used guys like you on his jury.

I have not made up my mind about anything. What is sad is how the media responded to this issue. We still get daily updates of the story presented with a photo of a 12 year old boy. Why is that?
 
I have not made up my mind, I have said over and over that I want to read the entire Police Report myself,not have it dictated to me.

My last few comments have been in response to the ridiculous comments by a poster on this board and I make that clear in my post.

From everything I know, you are innocent until proven guilty. Of everything that has been leaked from the Police Report, this is Self Defense.

Mr. Deez you have told us you read the Police Report, where did you read it, you suggested I google it and I have found nothing? Did you just say that to try and make your earlier posts credible? As I have heard that the excerpts from the PD Report were leaked and the City is iinvestigating who did that?

If you have the Police Report or a copy please share a link so we can all be reading from the same document. My opinion could easily be changed with facts. As I have said all along we are not going to know what happened for that crucial minute, I have to go with the only account that is available.
