The Protesters: Useful Idiots

Joe Fan,

If it wasn't for your consistent, entertaining, enlightening posts I'd have avoided this board like the plague as soon as the general race began. Thank you for keeping the Texan in an Austin board. :beertoast:

The Cast of Hamilton has successfully continued the well-established liberal history of expressing hatred towards Republican presidents in theaters

Pence didn't deserve the boos. Listen to the cast opening...they weren't disrespectful at all but rather stated their concerns. The Gateway Pundit pulled a DailyKos there in propagandizing their statement. That's to be expected though.

Unless I am mistaken, the VP went to see a musical and paid for his ticket. This means the cast is supposed to be professional. I other words, do your f'ing job and go about your way. If one of my employees ever started bitching to a customer about his political views or political concerns while on the job, he wouldn't be one of my employees.

It is one thing to dissent or protest.
It is quite another to always be a complete hypocrite about it.

I kind of like it, and hope it gets tons of publicity.

What I like about it is that their behavior supports the argument that I have been making for a couple decades now that the left is where intolerance and the lack of civility lives.

"It goes against my values to bake a wedding cake for a gay marriage."

"You're such a BIGOT!"

------------------

"It goes against my values to dress Melania Trump."

"OMG, like, you are SO BRAVE!"

It smacks of idiocy and desperation to turn down something you were never offered
I guess that dress designer was trying to get publicity while she could

So guess who is now playing the victim card?
The Democrat CEO who said he was going to buy a sniper rifle to kill Trump
Poor baby
Maybe we should get a Kickstarter Campaign going to buy him some diapers?

Last night, the AMA's joined the idiocy. I am amazed how stupid entertainers, liberal CEO's and other businesses are that depend on all people to be successful, but openly ostracize a large group of existing customers. I have personally chosen to stop buying those products and services. I think there are many people that feel the same. Maybe it does not make a difference, but I feel better about it.

What's even more amazing is that after the initial anger some will feel, they will go right back to buying into the crap these loons are selling.

That's because Middle America "Flyover Country" people are generally amicable, respectful, kind people. They don't walk around hating people because of their politics. That's not in their nature.

The mainstream liberal mindset is that they are on the "Right side of History." That is the mindset of regular liberals...not just the rioters.

Who said hate? I said initial anger. Then, don't continue to pay them.
