Texas v. Baylor Game 2

Hats off to Baylor this week. Tough week for them as they are playing 5 games against 2 of the Top 5 teams in the country, and 3 of those games went extra innings with the Bears losing in all 3. They could just as easily be 4-0 against the Top 5 this week.

Here's hoping we can pull off the sweep tomorrow, but I fully expect Baylor to play tough again. Also I thought this win ties the conference win streak record, and the next one break it, no?

Gem, I went to the UT site, Cole's run is unearned.

Watching the LSU-Fla replay on The U (Fla wins), all the announcers can talk about is "those incredible Texas Longhorns". Having a nice laugh at them crow on about TEXAS during an SEC game.

Yes, we tied the conference winning streak, but remember what happened to aggy after their streak...didn't get out of their own regional. You don't want to peak too early. I know we haven't peaked on offense, but pitching is a different story.
Let's finish the conference strong and prepare everyone for the tournament.
