Bummer. Checking the results from overnight with sleepy eyes I thought we won until my eyes got focused. I was afraid of this being the Aggies highlight of the year. I don't know that Texas laid a turd as Coach screwed up by starting Gutierrez. She's been awful in her last two starts. Can't understand why he didn't come out with the very best in order to quiet the Aggie noise.

Agree on Gutierrez. But that doesn't explain what's going on offensively.

Looked at Kennedy’s pitching record and she pitches entire series including the last couple they lost. So expect her to be on the mound tonight. Still can’t view it here in Europe so will have to check on the score around 1:00am. Of course if we lose then will probably be tossing and turning thinking about it the rest of the night.

We did make solid contact on some pitches but right at people. Maybe they will fall in today.

Agree. When Reese nearly took the aggy pitcher's head off, she barely got a glove up and the 2nd baseman snagged the deflection, it just seemed like it was going to be a night for the farmers.

Thank you for the video. I'd like to ***** at the Aggies, but I have and would have done the same thing when the first baseman doesn't position properly, just like if first baseman holds the runner on by blocking the base; dive back with shoulder aimed at kneecap. When Rocky coached Milby and then Bellaire, he and I had more than one "dustup" over the "Rocky can push the rules but you can't".

Another pet peeve in kid's baseball is the first baseman lining up with one or more feet outside the white line. He is ineligible for that play. Cuban teams from Tamiami are sticklers on that one.

I just dont see this as an issue. Throw was ahead of the runner so she was out before the foot got there. Am I missing something?

Runner was out by the throw before the foot got there. Does that matter?
