Charli is an interesting player. Works hard, obviously dominates against weaker teams, nice shooting touch from outside, great rebounder, great free throw shooter. But, she should not be the #1 draft pick at this point by a long shot. Someone got that started from looking at stats from our early easy games. She doesn't have a great shooting touch on the low block. IMO, she needs to use the backboard a lot more to increase her shooting percentage. I don't know why so many kids grow up thinking they need to swish the net without touching the backboard. Anyone coaching kids needs to teach backboard shooting for low block play and even the mid-range game when shooting from an angle. I know she had an off game against OSU, but Mack looked like a much more natural shooter this week.

That is why I used the word “guessing” it will happen. Let me ask you the following questions and take your homer glasses off for a minute? If your Charlie do you pass up being the 1 pick in the WNBA and move to New York, especially if you want to be in journalism. Did you see Celeste play in the 4th quarter and have you seen her body language for most of the year? If you can’t see she’s having a hard adjusting to Vic and his system, your not watching closely. Lastly, why do you think Audrey is missing games? Use some common sense man. Like I said, I don’t know if any of these things will happen, but just be prepared. I don’t speak out of ignorance.

I agree. It's not like you're saying anything that's outrageous. I certainly wouldn't be surprised if Celeste were to transfer.

With a coaching change, there are most likely going to be some players leaving. Even if they liked the new coaches initially, going through the first season will convince some to leave. I was unable to watch this game (listened to Craig online), but was quite disappointed, especially after the way the team played at Iowa State. Guess we need to expect ups and downs this year, but I'm still a fan.

Audrey had a whiplash keeping her head off floor!! Celeste is JUST NOW getting back to form, she’s been frustrated..Charli may go to WNBA, but it’s doubtful... Common sense just isn’t as common as it used to be, IMHO....

Charli was considered #1 at the start of the season so it wasn’t the early games. #1 status is determined by which team has the first pick and what they would be looking for in a player. In this case, New York. Am I wrong about that?

I obviously don't know for sure, but I would guess that's probably accurate.
