That is for the governments of the city of Portland and the state of Oregon to decide not the federal government. They are certainly able to protect federal property. What we've seen is more than that.

As many liberals have said about Trump supporters, Napolitano may have defended Trump at one point in time if Trump gunned don people on 5th Avenue in NYC. After he was "passed over" for a SCOTUS appointment that he somehow seemed to think he was in the running for, he has done a 180 on Trump.

He now goes against him any chance he gets, even if he's wrong, like he is about the Feds having this authority in Portland.

They're organized and coordinated. That's my point. They came from all over. Typically the left wing nutjobs are the locals. That was the case in Charlottesville. So, to officially label them as a terrorist "organization" is ironic as they don't have an organization. White nationalist groups on the other hand are organized and have things like charters and leaders and have been mentioned by the DHS as a threat to Americans.
