I’m shocked democrats don’t see the danger in what just happened, but they didn’t when Lois Lerner weaponized the IRS. The United States will collapse without a honest justice system.
 
Search warrants are served on the person in control of the premises at the time it is executed. So Trump has a copy indicating what they were searching for and what they seized. His lawyers can get a copy of the affidavit which was presented to the magistrate who okayed the warrant. The affidavit would lay out what they were looking for, why they thought it was there and what crimes they believed had been committed. And why

This is being done by the DOJ thru the FBI. It is not Ken Starr's pussie police looking for evidence of a bj. Methinks the Golden Pied Piper is going over a cliff big time. I would be inclined to let the Puss Grabber fade away instead of risking a civil war but I suspect, based on my own dealings with them, that they don't have any doubts about having the goods on him.

I am curious as well. I have no idea what they thought they were going to find and what crimes they thought they would find evidence of. But I deal with these guys daily and they don’t run searches without cause and they almost always know what they are going to find

I am uphauled. Fidelity, Bravery and Integrity? Where are the first and third parts in making a false statement? Not the FBI I grew up to respect.
 
To the Left, initially, it's not about any real evidence, but it's the seriousness of the charge.

So, nobody knows or will disclose at this point what the FBI was looking for in this raid. It was a witch hunt.

If they dont find something, the AH's will plant something.

The FBI will NOT be embarrassed they carried out the raid and found nothing.

This raid was calculated, percieved and speculated to be due to a crime by Trump... seeking and fishing for ANY shred of written or online evidence, no matter how small, to create a crime charge against Trump.
 
At some point we will learn what the probable cause affidavit alleged and what they found if anything. I don’t claim to know. Given the spectacularly provocative nature of this search I find it difficult to believe the DOJ lawyers and FBI were not absolutely confident they would find what they were looking for and that it would be persuasive to most citizens

Nothing about this is wrong, but the FBI (and law enforcement in general) will also exploit a warrant on something minor as a pretext to casually or incidentally nose around for evidence of something more serious. It's like when the cops pull over the black dude who forgot to use his turn signal (the minor offense) as an excuse to see if the car smells like weed or has drug paraphernalia in plain view (the more serious offense). Considering that they blew off the mishandling of classified documents by Hillary Clinton, it's hard to take them seriously when they say that is the only agenda on this case.
 
Does it seem suspicious agents entered house wearing back packs? We have seen many FBI raids as covered by media. Don't remember the agents wearing backpacks.
Does it seem unusual for FBI to request security cameras turned off? You'd think they would want the search recorded

Yes. Nothing was ever done about it and now they hired a domestic army to go hassle people, mostly working class if you look at the statistics.
 
The only reasonable response from conservatives is to abolish the FBI. If not, it is just a matter of time until they come knocking on your door.
 
I'm convinced Dems want Trump to win the '24 GOP nomination. They either think Biden can beat him again or they want Trump to win so they can reuse the arguments from '20 to get a better Dem elected president in '28.
 
I heard a line of conjecture related to that yesterday, guy.

The idea is that Trump is a known counter-puncher, so the Dems coordinated the raid to goad Trump into running in 2024, which would roil the Republican primaries at the very least, damaging primary opponents, and might result in the nomination of the only serious Republican candidate the Dems think they can actually beat (Trump himself).
