He claimed to have a law office. It's possible that the $49K per month was for office rent, not for his residence. But if that's the case, two questions. First, how did he make the money to pay $49K per month in rent? Second, if you can afford $49K in rent for your business, you can usually splurge the extra $1,000 per month on a one-bedroom apartment so you don't have to sneak the call girls and cocaine back to your parents' house.

So in the link it shows he not only paid Joe Biden for rent at the Delaware house it shows Hunter owning the house. Very clever to pay "rent" to someone else in a house you own.

No. It showed Hunter claimed to own the house on some document, by checking a box that said "own". That doesn't mean he actually owns it, and if I wanted to be really generous about it (I don't, but play along), I could argue he might have thought those boxes referred to Owasco PC, and was saying he owned that company.
