Raid on Trump's home

Hmmmmmmm. I bet what they're really desperately looking for at Trump's palace are the classified gov't documents with proof of UFOs and our treaties with extraterrestrials.

At least one FBI agent is reported to be a Fightin' Texas Aggie. He's using his archaeology degree to look for evidence of a fourth* football national championship to put on Kyle Field.

* Evidence of the second and third national champion claims are also yet to be uncovered by aggy archaeologists.

Thinking about this raid, I sense that things are really going to get ugly. Making the argument that Trump shouldn't have the documents is fine. He shouldn't, and he is throwing crap against the wall to avoid getting into trouble, as I'd expect him to.

However, what is the public supposed to think? For starters, this same agency was OK with Hillary Clinton mishandling classified information and in a way that's far more dangerous to national security, because her server could be hacked pretty easily.

Second, we know that if anything especially incriminating is found, Trump is going to claim that the FBI planted it. Normally, that's a ludicrous excuse, but is it here? This is the same agency that lied and falsified documents to the FISA court to pursue the same guy. Does anyone honestly believe that they're above planting evidence on Trump? I don't even like Trump and think he lies quite a bit, but I don't think they're above that. They've proven that they're not. So where will this ultimately lead? Like I said, it's gonna get nasty.

Should I start with Mexico paying for the wall? I'm still waiting for that. It's sorta the "40 acres and mule" of Trumpism.

Come on, Deez. While I agree Trump lies this isn't one of them.

1) He tried to get the government of Mexico to pay but they wouldn't.
2) He tried to get the US to raise admittance to this country from Mexico but that was shot down by congress.

Failure isn't the same as lying.

Mr D
Maybe you are right on what records of one's admin it is "legal" to have.
Has there been a definitive policy that has been enforced?

They wouldn't pay for it? Damn, hard to see that coming. He didn't said he'd try to get them to do it. He said they'd do it.

BUT Trump did get Mexico to send troops to its' southern border to stop illegals there
AND got Mexico to keep illegals on that side of border.
