BIG IF on Biden mangling that and meaning to say what Sangre indicated. But if so, the POTUS can not read simple English from a teleprompter. Either way, it is inexcusable and indefensible.

Trump would be excoriated for not pausing long enough where a comma is placed.

Yglesias got mugged by reality. He was a pretty shrill liberal commentator and writer for awhile, but then hyper-woke idiots at Vox crapped their pants because he liked free speech and signed the Harper's Magazine letter with other leftists like Cornel West, Noam Chomsky, and Randi Weingarten. When he realized that they were too right wing for him to associate with, I think he realized that it wasn't a serious publication anymore.

Somehow, an event only involving white people was turned into a race issue. When you’re dumb as a hammer, everything looks like a nail, I guess. And when you don’t have reality on your side, create your own and insert something like critical race theory (CRT).

Speaking of dumb as a hammer, enter MSNBC personality and ironically named Joy Reid, who told her audience the circumstances of the trail “are almost built for an actual CRT course.”

How does an event involving white people exclusively become about race? You’ll go crazy seeking logic in leftist thinking, just realize they will do anything to get what they want – the ultimate ends justify the means, people.

I heard the 3 people Rittenhouse shot were all not from anywhere near Kenosha. They were there to burn and pillage. They attacked Rittenhouse because he was trying to extinguish a fire they had started.

Also the gun didn't cross a state line. And the guy who got his biceps shot off was in illegal possession of a gun and trying to burn down a town.

Also Leftist politicians had a gofundme full of money to pay bond and other things to get the rioters out of jail and out of legal trouble. Then you get that felon testifying as a part of the prosecution? If you don't see the sickness of our society in the defense of felons and attacking civic minded young men, then maybe you support Leftist violent political revolution.
 
I have read that their are people stationed at the courthouse, taking photos of the jurors. I have also read that this same group has somehow identified the name and address of each juror.

That would definitely make me think long and hard before rendering a verdict.
I hope that I would be brave enough to do the right thing.
 
That is scary. But you can't hang an innocent man out to dry because of fear. Pursue truth. Enact justice. Set up security for your family. Don't bow down to evil.

It's messed up. The people who were there to burn and terrorize are fine. They had every right to be there and were exercising sound judgment. The guy who was there to protect private property is in legal jeopardy, and every move he made to do that and to protect himself is being judged and framed as terrible and dangerous. Again, that doesn't mean Rittenhouse should have gone. He shouldn't have because of his age, but that doesn't change the fact that he had a right to be there - more right than those he shot. Furthermore, someone should have been there to do the job that the same law enforcers trying to punish him should have been doing.

And of course, our culture and media are a dumpster fire. We're making Rittenhouse into a monster for protecting his own life from rioters. And look who the heroes are. Rioters, a sexual assaulting domestic abuser, and a drug-ridden counterfeiter. Those guys are heroes whose alleged bad deeds are inappropriate to bring up.

Not me, if I think he is innocent that’s is how I would vote. Then let them know I have an AR 15 if anyone disagrees with me.
 
Floyd was/is a hero. Why are y'all surprised?

It just dawned on my 1 year old that the syrup she likes is no longer called Aunt Jemima. When I explained why, she looked quizzical. She's still young, but I have hope.

This was after her 2 adopted black cousins who are staying with us had been driven to school by Mrs. hic, just to head off any confusion by some around here.
