Maggie Haberman's claim is confirmed by a National Review writer C.W. Cooke in this article (pay wall). Then again, the NR is a bunch of RINO's to Trump supporters simply because they don't frog march in front of him.

The author said that Trump is openly talking about getting reinstated as POTUS to his aids and local election officials which he's encouraging.

“[Reinstatement] is a rejection of reality, a rejection of law, and, ultimately, a rejection of the entire system of American government,” he wrote.

“There is no Reinstatement Clause within the United States Constitution. Hell, there is nothing even approximating a Reinstatement Clause within the United States Constitution."

She didn't fight back very hard. My guess is that she doesn't really know, and frankly, it's hard to say. He says a lot of crazy ****, and it's pretty hard to figure out what thoughts are sincere and when he's just talking out his ***.

That depends on whether or not the alleged crimes committed are subject to a statute of limitations. There is no statute of limitations for acts such as capital murder, per 18 USC 3281. Terrorism is not subject to any statute of limitations where the act caused death or serious bodily injury or harm per 18 USC 3286. There is no statute of limitations for federal crimes punishable by death, nor for certain federal crimes of terrorism, nor for certain federal sex offenses. Prosecution for most other federal crimes must begin within five years of the commitment of the offense. So the answer depends on the alleged federal crime committed. States also have statutes of limitations and some crimes such as murder, violent sexual assault, misuse of public money, or falsifying public records, may not be subject to a SOL.
 
Their crimes were known real time. Not sure why you are legalizing the failure to prosecute them by Jim Comey, but thanks I guess.

I mean to say that Bill had no idea that the tarmac meeting would lead Comey to feel the need to outwardly take over things from Lynch. Bill was an idiot. Hillary was a horrible candidate. The US would have been much better off had she been elected. Less people would have perished from Covid. And, ironically, the GOP would have had a chance to heal and cut out the dead tissue related to Trump and heal. Yet, here we are. The necrosis continues.

Because that is so important to you. I know seeing someone get a mean tweet is so horrific. Maybe the thousands of people in the United Association that have lost their pipeline jobs, and the 3 year old Mexican kids being left alone in the West Texas brush country without food or water thanks to Biden's immigration policy can keep an eye on Biden's tweets for you since they have nothing else to do.
