We're going to reach the point at which being from an Ivy League law school isn't necessarily a negative for judicial service but is definitely a cause for skepticism and concern. If you've ever done what these students did, you should never sit on any court in the United States or any free nation.

I'm a little dubious about Jenner's Right wing status. Obviously his run had zero chance. He runs as GOP in Cali, so no support from Dems and he's transgender so very little support from conservatives even if he self-assigns a "R" to his run. IMO, that was all about trying to normalize transgender and get publicity for that effort. He wouldn't have made as big a splash as a Dem.
