Post Left Wing looniness here

Sorry, she is a dumb bîtch:

He wasn't credibly accused.

Nothing was corroborated. In fact, pretty much all evidence that was available beyond the accusations undermined the accusations.

The Court isn't legalizing "forced birthing" or whatever she wants to call it.

Deez, we have to put this through the Commie Decoder Ring to see what it means.

Credibly accused = accused by someone with approved intersectionality or an advocate of Leftist Revolution

Forced birthing = the thing that naturally occurs without a woman's specific active participation when they consciously decide to and actively participate in sex 9 months before

Legalize = accept the physical reality of a natural law

You're not meaning to do it, but you're tacitly repeating the Left's talking point. The Court isn't doing anything that consequential. It's not making abortion illegal. It's not recognizing that the unborn have any sort of right to life. If it goes all the way and overturns Roe, it'll only be ending a totally illegitimate and artificial limitation on the public's right to regulate something. It won't affirmatively ban a single abortion or protect a single life.

I was actually just saying that giving birth is part of natural life. Human laws can't change the fact of biology. Laws don't confer morality or reality. Laws are just words on a page if they don't reflect truth. Abolishing Roe vs Wade doesn't really legalize forced births, which maybe is the point you are trying to make. I am not too sure your point. It just aligns with the reality of natural law and natural right. The right to life and the importance of living it with a true purpose.

I agree with your general take on the issue. My point is simply that if the Court overturns Roe, it won't be making some big pronouncement about the natural rights of anyone. It'll simply stop denying the natural rights of the unborn and allow states to recognize them.

Roberts will vote to allow Mississippi the restrictions. If anything he wants to avoid another Kavanaugh spectacle next time a conservative is nominated. The stupid libtards ruined the SCOTUS and now have to fight in legislatures. They played too hard and now it will be taken away.

I just waiting for one of the libs to highlight the unargued point in the case that the law violates equal protection since the male trans contingent is denied their opportunity to get an abortion.

You know that, if not this case, some OTHER case will address it...the UK already forces notices to the male trans about cervical screenings, despite males...not having a cervix.

They don't use the term to appeal to Hispanics and probably don't use it around them very much. They use it to signal their wokeness and that they speak the elite language to pretentious white progressives. It's a little like the masonic handshake.

I’m sure she thinks that since she is ‘serving’ the people she is owed that compensation for her education.
