I’m assuming the woman holding the poster is not the Dr? And it should be called a trans man not trans woman, imo. Always confusing to me.

In all seriousness, what is an OB/GYN supposed to do when a guy shows up saying he's a woman? Look at the penis, and say "A urologist should be providing medical information"? Maybe the guy cut if off so say, "Nothing there so if you can pee, I guess you're going to live?"

If the doctor is going to follow the licensing authority's position, I guess he's supposed to treat him like a chick. So I assume he or she should tape the dude's nutsack out of the way, get the speculum, start trying to force the the dude's taint apart with it, and try to do a Pap smear. That can't feel good and can't be of much medical benefit, but that's where we are now, I guess.

Presumably, a lot of tests will come back "inconclusive." Lol
