Duke is outplaying Clemson. 13-7 early in the 3rd.
Duke QB just made a fantastic scramble, breaking a tackle in the backfield and outrunning the secondary for a td. Overall he looks poised.
Klubnik is not looking bad, but the Duke defense is playing with some juice.
Duke looks well coached.
Plus Duke gave up two fumbles or else Clemson would be scoreless.

Yes, the runner was down when he gave himself up. The foul was a deadball foul after the failure to gain the first down. Like I said, I am stunned that an ACC crew got it right. I was typing what it should be when they made the right call.
