To be fair, I doubt that China and India stopped using CFC even if they "banned" them.
This is a huge issue that they also addressed in the Nuclear Now movie. They don't denigrate renewables but they do make a strong point that renewables will never, ever be able to keep pace with the new demands for power. While I do believe that CC is a real thing (albeit much less severe than the CC zealots claim), my desire to move to nuclear is mostly a national security concern. Having primarily nuclear generated power and EV's makes us much less susceptible to global crisis like what is going on now in Israel.
Does she have any eligibility remaining?

Not good ones. Stupidly seems to have no limits these days.
The sad thing is, that flowchart is accurate.
Gas is more efficient so it will always be cheaper than electricity as long as gas-fired power plants are utilized. (Nuclear remains the cleanest most reliable means of generating energy.) Solar and wind will never overcome gas as a power generator due to the environmental issues involved (i.e. the sun doesn't always shine and the wind doesn"t always blow). Once the real environmental cost of mining lithium becomes known battery storage of solar/wind will not be an option.
