Got a little worried when they were talking about ice in north Texas...but Friday seems to be at least back into the upper 30's or low 40's.

Weather forecast for Friday looks okay (if you can stand cold weather) - dry, cold, and windy. Overnight low in the 20s. I've had enough winter - I'm ready for Spring. In my opinion, the ideal for winter weather is that you have to wear a light sweater to play eighteen holes.

DFW did not get much precipitation overnight, far less than weather dudes thought. Thurs. afternoon I can report the roads in my area are largely just damp or dry in some cases. Many cars are out driving around today. Road crews treated major freeways and roads. I don't think any of us will have trouble traveling on Friday (or even today).

Just don't drive 75 MPH and be an idoit !!
