So I was at the RAF Lakenheath gas station today and was told by an employee to put on a mask while waiting in line to pay. Here's the ***** of it. The line is out-friggin'-side, and there's plenty of room. It's not as though it's a crowded area.

I didn't get pissed or anything. It was just some cute little British chick doing her job, and other than when I'm talking to Switzer, I'm not an *******. However, I find it pretty absurd that I'm having to wear a mask outside because of some new variant that hasn't killed a single person (vaccinated or not) anywhere in the world. I'm not a reckless person, but this hyper-cautiousness is starting to get scary.

Bubba I also learned there are two ab tests, a different one for the vaccine AB’s than for those of us recovered. I found that very interesting, almost got into a deeper discussion with the PA about it but thought better if it since he’d already given me the evil eye over not being vaxxed. I was relieved at his nonnegative attitude regarding my using CBD now for my hand osteoarthritis instead of NASAIDs so didn’t want to push any more envelopes.

Yeah, I was going to ask the MT about it tomorrow. CDB helps my wife’s arthritis. It’s good stuff.

Oct/Nov 2020. Felt like sinus stuff at first. Took Zpack and prednisone. I was good until the steroids/antibiotics wore off then two days of mild flu symptoms - just real tired. I didn't notice some smell issues for a month or so. I still can't smell poop (my new super power) and some savory smells (in laws house at Thanksgiving) meld into bad smells and all smell the same generic bleh.

I was curious of how long it took for you to have no antibodies.
 
Why should the body actively produce antibodies in perpetuity? It is a waste of energy.

The immune system uses memory cells which signal the body to rapidly produce the antibodies to a known antigen upon re-contact. Does this test detect the memory cells or just the produced antibodies?

I don't know. It was just a test off of giving blood so, surely a less than detailed analysis. I just noticed that nash still had antibodies.
 
Bubba, makes me wonder if I had a ‘re’infection at some time since you tested neg. Just getting over (actually still have some tickle cough) a cold/sinus nasty. Maybe there was some Corona culprit to it. Who knows.

I had similar smell issues after I got Covid (5 months after vaccination). I was told the brain is still learning how to smell, so when you come across a new smell post-Covid, the brain processes it as garbage dump smell (my take on it). It’s odd because I know what it smelled like in the past.

Have any thoughts on this? Supposedly it’s a comparison of pilot deaths by year.

Ok figured out that the file is too big. It is a chart claiming to list, by name, pilot deaths by year. It shows one in 2019, 6 in 2020, and over 100 in 2021 through Sept. Have you seen anything like this?

Deaths by covid? We don't get covid. The radiation at altitude kills it lol.
 
Ah, okay, no I hadn't seen anything about that. But, I did post last week I heard we had an FA in her 20s who died of clots after the jab.
 
I remembered that when I saw the chart. If chart is true something has to explain it but the numbers are so dramatic one is naturally skeptical.
