Chris Beard is coming

The (little) film I've seen on him shows him running the court pretty well for a 6'9" guy. He also has a rather high 3 point shot % for a big guy. The obvious question with him is: will his knee heal up and hold up?
 
Courtney Ramey announced his return.

I hope Chris Beard can help Courtney Ramey become a consistently better player than Coach Smart did, because when Ramey was good, he was really good.

I'd say when Ramey is playing well, he is a good teammate. When he gets frustrated (either with himself or perhaps with others) he plays poorly and often selfish hero-ball, and is much less of a good teammate. This was most obviously exemplified by the funk he went into after his spat with A Jones. So I agree, because I think what you said is closely linked with what I said.
 
Of course, I hope both return. Sims already has the defensive skills, and during the second half of last year, he really developed his offense. But Brown, while probably the better raw talent, needs a lot of work before he's anywhere close to NBA ready. There's also the maturity thing.
