This is HUGE folks! A game changer.

Timmy Allen--First Team All PAC-12. 6'6" forward. 17.2 ppg last year, and 17.3 ppg the year before. 8 games last year with 20+ points.

We've got some good backcourt guys, yet needed to bolster our frontcourt. And in comes Timmy!

So there will probably be only 1 starter and only 2-3 total returning from this season's roster, but Beard is putting together a pretty good roster nonetheless. I haven't seen anything re: Brockingham, but he seems like he would be a Beard type player. I won't miss Ramey.

It will probably take a while for all the new pieces to jell, but by the end of the season they could be a force. Need a replacement for Sims though.

A chance Sims returns. I don't think he has listed an official decision yet.

Cunningham has said he’s going to return. Haven’t seen final word for Coleman, Ramey, Sims, or Brown.
 


These highlights are a season old but I also watched some game highlights from 2020. Allen likes to slash into the paint and finishes strong (often drawing the foul). Seems like a player we really need to go with some of the good perimeter shooting that is returning. Now we just need our big men to hang around another season. Greg Brown can possibly play his way into being a lottery pick with another year.

This is the sort of player that has eaten our lunch in recent years. First team all Pac-12... Excellent get.
 
I really hope Brown comes back. I think he landed in the doghouse at the end of last year due to maturity issues (I think this is the reason his level of play fell), so I think one more year in college could really help this young man. Besides if you throw him in with the transfers from UK and UT, this could be a really awesome team. Ok I really want him to come back so this could be a super awesome team.

Count me as impressed. It looks like we will enter the next season with a top 20 ranking. If Sims and Brown come back, close to top 10. If an eleite 3 point shooter is found, put the team in the top 5.
 
I have good information that he will bring in top talent right away. With better defense and toughness, they will get better right away. If Beard can encourage offense out of the team, they should have good success.
