Black Lives Matter; The Cerebral Warlords of Our Time

I have no idea whether this is a false tweet, but certainly the actions of those police officers looked like a gang initiation ritual. Rumor that the cops were part of the Vice lords gang.

 
I know we’re talking a more serious event perhaps but I view that statement similar to if we were to say “I hate the fact that it was UT students”.

boy, if this turns out to be true that should end the Chief's career in PD. Imagine a hiring process so poor that you can't identify these guys as current gang members. This is what happens when "Defund the Police" forces current cops out and forces the PD/LEO community to lower standards in order to fill spots.
 
If the killing of Tyre was gang related surely they could have found a less public way to do it than with so many around and in camera?

This is weird. Why not just say, "I hate it that anyone did this."?

I think we all agree that this was a tragic incident, but it is sad that it always comes back to race.

First of all, I don’t think they wanted him to die. Memphis is a violent and corrupt city akin to New Orleans, Chicago and NYC. An employee of mine is a former Memphis police officer who is black. One thing he misses from his time on the force was the never ending battle on the streets. Some people thrive on it. He is very tough and also trained in karate.

When I asked him about this situation, he said it was definitely not good policing and that there was likely more to the story. When asked if it was gang affiliated, he said he would not be surprised with anything in Memphis.

That is probably true, they didn't intend for him to die. It is disgusting to think they were confident the actions they took On camera would have few consequences in Memphis.

Disney is ****. Cancelled them when they decided it was good for adults to talk about dicks with 5-8 year olds. Not surprised by anything they make at this point.
 
Disney is inserting their woke agenda into everything they touch including the Marvel Comics movies, the Star Wars movies, and apparently into the upcoming Indiana Jones movie.

Walt Disney must be spinning in his grave. He started Disneyland to have a place that was safe for the whole family and especially the kids. I wouldn’t call subjecting your kids to left wing, racist brainwashing safe.

Except that, if this WAS gang related, they WANTED it to be public. Same basis as the school-age gang-bangers that do multiple filming of beatdowns. The perception of power is power achieved...

Yup. What's in the new Indy movie? Not looking forward to it after the abomination that was the last one. I can continue to pretend there are just three films in the series.

Not likely given that the standards were already relaxed so that the City could skip standard hiring practices and bring in the unqualified applicants.

Remember, not being black and celebrating BLM is akin to "men" who become "women". They are so ashamed of being white and/or male,. they are heroes for embracing the other side.

The State of Texas doesn't bow down to the NCAA. I think the NCAA learned their lesson about that a few years ago when Abbott said they are crazy if they think they can bring Texas to heel. Besides, Texas could fug up a big portion of the NCAA if it wanted by having public schools withdraw.

Hopefully, but the NCAA is used to getting it's way. See no tournaments in the state of South Carolina until a 2015 change or Mississippi until a 2020 change or bigger, the removal of mascots with Indian-like names.
