I'll gladly eat my crow. Great job by Vic coaching up and beating a more overall talented team. And great job by the players. Time for the Texas administration and promotions to continue to encourage/ implore the fans to come out and watch the team play in the tournament.

You've had to eat a lot of it this season. Pretty much every time you predict a Texas loss, my confidence level in getting a win soars! Including today.

You know, it's okay to show confidence in our team every once in a while . . . :hookem2:

Well, how about that? I don't know about anybody else but I am not one bit surprised. During conference play it just so happened that we had a week where we played OU and Baylor twice (a couple of days apart) when we were playing some of our worst basketball of the season. It's been a different story the last 11 games:fire:.

Since you say that's the case, wouldn't you want me continue to predict losses?

It's kind of unfortunate that this win happens less than 6 hours from the time the committee reveals its bracket tonight. Hope I'm wrong, but I don't think they're gonna take the time to adjust their bracket from prior to our win like they should.

We deserve the last #1 seed.

We are on an 11 game winning streak. In the last 11 days, Texas has 4 Q1 NET wins, including two against NET Top 10 teams (and nobody else has come close to matching that since the last committee reveal on 02/28):

- #38 Kansas
- #37 Kansas State
- #9 Iowa State
- #6 Baylor

We now have 11 Q1 wins. That's fourth best in the country. RPI had been kind of low in the 20's; but, that has now shot up to #10.

NET rankings not yet updated today:
