Hoping Kara Lawson Monitoring her Twitter at timeout (brought Lang to her attention)

Gonna have to gut this out with not much offensive power or rebounding it appears
 
I thought Kelsey came back in after the rake across the face, but they finally said she's out with loss of vision
 
Wish they were all playing D like Ariel! She has not slowed down. We just let that baseline drive walk right in.

Until we can recruit a beast or two in the paint, Baylor will continue to beat us. Our slow girls and skinny girls can't hang with the size Baylor brings.
 
Teams specifically attack Kelsey Lang because she is the weakest link on defense.

The absolute weakest.

Great player on and off the court.
But horrible one on one defender.

She wasn't a weak link in Waco, but hasn't been on the court for most of 2nd half much less the bench
 
Well crap! They were definitely ready for us! Sutton looked good coming from the bench at the end. Brooke's 3 at the end was sweet. Ariel looked like a fighter overall. She gives 100% all the time. We gave up a lead but still played well. Looking forward to the Big 12 tourney. We will come out on top!

Brown was their high scorer in Waco.
Lang guarded Brown.

If notice a trend, many of the Big 12 teams attack Lang in the paint one on one.

Notice how Jensen, Brown, Pierre-Louis, etc. score 20+ points against us.

However, I still believe in Lang, the coaches, and the team as a whole.

Did you watch the game in Waco? Kelsey got kudos all night for her defense
 
They tried to give us the game but we declined. 4th quarter was like a Rick Barnes offense. Reffing didn't help but we lost that one ourselves.
 
Aww man good game but is there a more classless coach than Mulkey? Not one word of praise for our team or great game. I dont like her.
So proud of our Ladies!
