I guess otw home from the opening tournament we play in Huntsville on Sunday.

Think they are Thursday - Saturday in Lafayette, then Sunday in Huntsville. Huntsville and Houston are doing a somewhat shared tournament I think.

Yep it was true! Martinez will miss “most of the 2025 season”. Big blow for the team! Her bat will be sorely missed!

Out of the Box podcast with Mike White and his comments on Reese Atwood!! Mike White has done a fantastic job at getting the program to an elite level but he does not do a good job at articulating the program or selling it to the boosters! Reading his comment made my head hurt!

This makes we wonder if Texas is being blackballed by tournaments? You would think that ESPN, which runs the Clearwater game would want the last team to win a series from OU and who was in the finals 2 out of the last 3 years to be there......but I guess everyone hates Mike.

Feels that we are a little, also odd that we can't get any of the BIG10 schools to come down for some of our home tournaments. Also we haven't been to the Palm Springs tournament since he started he.

That's an invitational where some teams Florida State for example are an every year team and we are a rotated every other year team. You really can only have so many SEC teams because they can't play each other there.

It will probably be posted on or about January 8. That’s when it was released last year. Mike White does things ‘his’ way.

Also, we only play 8 SEC games and got shut out of tournaments. So, we'll have to "make" our own tournaments here in Austin. Waiting on RSVPs from the various teams we've asked to come down, I assume.
