2024 Recruiting - Football

Daniel Calhoun, Walton, Offensive Tackle

I am disappointed with the lone commitment, expected more.

The days of getting waves of recruits to commit while on their visits is long over with.

We got our two top running backs on our board to commit. We have positioned ourselves well with pretty much every target that showed up.
For weeks this was to be the weekend that was going to make a difference.
Stay tuned for the next 10 days to 2 weeks.

Texas is top 3 in QB and RB recruiting recently, if not #1 (due to Sark and Choice). OL haul 2 years ago was No. 1. WR is looking better. The OL will come.

Kibble was a big loss for the gaggies. We are expecting Cruz and pushing hard For Sainna.
And we are in it for Baker...and have shaken up Calhoun who has been a GA lean. Getting him would be a coup.

Our OL targets

Kibble (committed to Texas)
Saina (priority for Texas and they look good)
