I have a female Aggie friend whose family wastes a lot of money donating it to aTm. She just called me with two questions: 1) Could y'all please not have the moving vans at his house tonight? 2) Can I sit with you during football season?
Those rumors have been flying for days now. He's had plenty of opportunities to put them to rest, but never did, wonder why? His reaction to the question, by the way, seems like that of someone who declined the offer, but knows the coach that just kicked his *** might be taking it.
I thought he was straight forward and put the jackass in his place. He's correct, it was classless to ask him that question. He did not, however, say "no". You can interpret it that way or another way. Coach speak will almost always allow you to do that.
Once again the Dallas Morning News is printing fake news: The num-nuts editor didn't know ag just ran out of innings.
Like I said when the aggy softball team busted their collective ovaries to beat Daddy Texas and failed miserably, their school motto should be "We tried real hard".
The most ironic thins is that if CDC had been playing catcher that TN player woulda been dead meat. Only an aggy could blow that.
Exactly, Sabre. It sounded like the mandatory denial before "being persuaded to take the new job." Guess we'll see soon.
I thought Schloss handled it well but it was a question that had to be asked so I wouldn’t necessarily call it classless. We often chide reporters for asking “soft” questions and not asking questions to issues we are all thinking. At least this guy had the nerve to ask. But I don’t fault Schloss at all for being upset.
