I knew Binder Boy ripped the relationship. I didn't know if the rip was repairable or if it was an eternal rip. Don't know if CDC & Sark are sufficie to repair that rip, but at this point that Q is probably moot. Blake will always be a Longhorn whether or not his kids & grandkids will ever be. Things come full circle. Losing the Brockermeyer boys helped seal the deal on the end of the Herman era @ UT, ushering in the Sarkisian era. IMHO

How do agents find these players before they enter the portal? I can see high profile players getting agents approached but what about the lesser known or from lesser known schools ?
I don't remember this many agents last year
All these players will not find new schools
Then what?

QE is not the Horn's quarterback next year. He could need another year to improve his draft status. My question to those who have wanted Manning this year is if QE needs to enter the Portal (and there is some talk of that) which SEC schools would you not want him to consider transferring? Sooners? atm? others? He obviously needs to move on. And I do not agree, but Sark has already mentioned the negative effect of social media and he has anointed the replacement. QE helped get us out of the ditch and he deserves better than his last year riding the pine.

We'd get to him like every other immobile QB we played this year. We only have to worry about if he does the head fake to the flats pass and make sure someone is covering a wheel route.

He'll be playing for Michigan or Ohio State next year.

Zacariah and Zion Branch are coming to Austin for a visit in the coming days, according to Burton at OTF. They've previously visited Georgia and Arizona State.

Florida State DE Marvin Jones Jr is expected on campus today after visiting ou.

If so maybe new surroundings, new coaches and a chance to play for a potential top 5 team next year will ignite his motor for his Sr year.

He's solid but I see this as more of a Norton- or Lole-style pickup than someone as good as Sweat or Murphy. He'll fill in that rotation nicely but not as a star.

Brevard is more likely to be the "breakout" DT for us next season.

I think the rotation will probably start out like this (when 2 DTs are on the field at the same time):
Brevard - Terry
January - Shaw
Hills - Sharma

Terry is going to be an effing beast. Rod Wright basically took over a starting DT spot when he arrived, and I think Terry is way better than Wright ever was in HS.
