2023 Recruiting - Football

I'm old. I remember high school buddies elation over getting a full ride to ANY college, knowing it meant a free education, free dorm, and free food in the dining hall. And nothing else. I remember not even fearing that Chris Gilbert or Nobis might enter a portal and not be a Longhorn next year. I remember the scandals of hotshot players showing up with a new car.

My grunteledness is starting to decline rapidly with each and every NIL post. I'm not too far from being disgruntled.
 
Not liking that Worthy couldn’t bother with the ‘horns up’. Only the dealer guy did. Yeah I’m a picky SoB but I noticed.
 
So, what's your 40 time?

We didn't have 40 times in 62-64 but not too bad for 50, 100, 220

I could only dream of the times these studs have today. Also could only dream of the muscle cars these kids own now!
 
Per IT, DL Terrance Green of Cypress Woods is a name to remember.

He's been in touch with the Texas staff, and IT believes his long-term projection is at OL.

He can be had. Have to get him here and work on him. Early playing time and our on field performance is going to go far in his decision.
Manning's destination doesn't appear to be a major factor as of now.

You’d be talking a foreign language to kids now if you talked about running the 220 back in the day.
