2023 Recruiting - Football

Watching the All America Bowl. Dante Moore has four TD passes. I can't remember him throwing an incompletion. He is dropping the balls in a thimble. Hope Manning is that good. Dante is a 5* headed for UCLA.

I am amazed at how well OU and A&M recruited. Just seeing Venebles in that stupid green and red suit would have eliminated OU. Plus he completely quit in Texas game. Made no effort to win in second half. Never would I ever dream of signing on with a quitter. Aggies no matter how much they pay, who would even consider that house of dysfunction. If you are a half serious football player, would you ever consider a team who has players smoking pot in the locker room? Also do you want to play for a coach that first flips his University off by hiring Durken and then follows that up with the Petrino hire (I know after signing day). Anyway it seems clear to me that Jimbo wants to be fired. How far will the idiots that hired him, let him push without finally paying him off?

Gotta be one of the dumbest contracts ever created in sports history.

Damn - that dude has some mad hops. Look how high in the air he is. In full pads, too. I couldn’t ever hope to achieve anything like that without the State Fair pulley-straps, spotters, pullers, trampoline, and a foam pit.

And I’d still end up in a hospital bed.

Crazy athletic skills. Hope that means he’s a BA on the field!!

I missed this yesterday. It’s huge. Some have projected him as a high draft choice. We certainly have solidified our secondary in the past several weeks. To me, on D, that only leave LB as a potential position of vulnerability, due to the lack of experience behind Ford.
