2023-24 Transfer Portal Thread (CLosed-Opens APRIL 15TH)

From IT today on Texas' approach to the portal:

"Texas is going to be proactive at many positions in an effort to upgrade the roster. My guess is a few positions are off limits but if anyone good who enters the portal at positions of need will be thoroughly evaluated."

From Nahlin at IT today...

"Texas might draw three of a kind on the three defensive tackles - Norton, Toia, Williams. I have them at 75% to land two of them and then a realistic shot to land all three. Not ready to put a percentage on that, though. It’ll come down to motivation and resources. As I wrote last night Texas has a lot of each."

One more and then I'm done with talking about Colorado. As you might guess, I'm not a Sanders fan...ever...The clip above talks about "starters". As we're all aware, only 22 people start a game (plus kickers). Particularly with linemen, teams rotate throughout each game. To me, that label of "starter" doesn't mean as much as it used to. This is an earlier article but it points to the contributions a number of Colorado players made throughout the year. He's losing experience, with the exception of the one guy who was dismissed.
McClain plans to join portal exodus at Colorado
