The Utah site followed that up with a post saying they'll have to battle Texas hard down the stretch, and he's not a lock to end up at Utah because of his deep family ties to the school.

I have not studied the roster but the general rules are this:

Normal year we can take 25

New Rule this Year: we can take up to 7 more to replace guys who portal out of the program

So max of 32 and that does not include tricks like grey shirting guys so they dont count against this year ... I am not sure how many we took last year ... maybe cnb remembers ...
