2022 House and Senate election

So apparently Jessica Cisneros (Henry Cuellar's primary opponent) was screwing her high school teacher who was 23 years older than she was. How nice. Link.

Yep. If you're going to risk your career and your freedom for sex, you gotta do better. Lol.

Or you could do this (below) to end your career... (substitute teacher, so he's untouchable) My wife is still on Assault Leave, so this comes as no surprise. The **** teachers have to put up with nowadays in an inner city middle school is unreal (DeSoto IS every bit as inner city as DISD now). My wife was attacked by behind, at least the guy in the video saw the chair flying at him

What an absolute **** show. And people wonder why we want vouchers.

Battle to kill the Hyde Amendment (bans federally funded abortion) fails. Link.
This quote:

Advocates and Democrats have also said it puts a disproportionate burden on women of color.

my compromise then: you can have a federally paid abortion but you lose all future claims to welfare, food stamps, housing assistance, etc. Also, offer does not apply to women already with children who cannot claim ignorance on how babies are made.

The other take away from that article is that I had somehow missed the fact that she used to be Cuellar's intern.

Won't be long before the libtiles try to tar him as having had to have known his intern was breaking up marriages.

I understand the point you're making, but I'd rather just not use taxpayer money to kill kids.

Impeachment would be both unnecessary and inadequate. It's unnecessary, because taking him to court would be a lot easier both politically and logistically. It would be inadequate, because it wouldn't strike down the mandate. It would substitute Willie Brown's ex-mistress who may or may not rescind the mandate. I'd rather just get rid of the mandate by court order.
Could we not simply hand Joe a rubrics cube and then check in with him every now and then until ‘24.
Give Kamala the See Spot Run series as well.
We just need them busy doing nothing as opposed to watching these two make boneheaded decisions.
I am embarrassed when I see either of them talk.
I saw Obama speak the other day and immediately thought- I wish he was back in office. Then -Tears quickly formed on my cheeks.. have I lost my flipping mind?
That’s how bad things are.

If this trend continues, you'll see the democratic party jump off of the open-border, mass-immigration wagon real quick. All this time they thought they were importing voters that would vote based on demonizing whitey but lo and behold Hispanics care about family values and issues.

Glad to see minorities starting to vote more for issues than race politics.

I've thought about this and why it's happening and have reached some conclusions. I do think the GOP has made an outreach to minorities in the last few years, but they've done that in the past with pretty minimal results. Something else is clearly at play.

First, the party has moved hard left on cultural and racial issues. In fact, white liberals are now further left than black Democrats. Link. So the ideological divide that has always been present to a point has intensified.

Second, with its shift on cultural issues, obviously the party has been more willing to show its contempt for practitioners of Western-oriented religion like Christianity and Judaism. Blacks and Hispanics tend to be more religious than whites (especially white Democrats), and you can't exempt them from the contempt forever. Eventually they're going to feel it.

Third, the the party's pretty clear embrace of illegal immigration has to turn off blacks and Hispanics. It may not harm every American, but it sure as hell hurts blue collar blacks and Hispanics pretty hard.

Finally, as the party has grown more elitist, it has placed less emphasis on people who speak for and come from the black community. The party used to make guys like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton prominent figures. I'm no fan of either, but both do have real connections to the black community through black institutions (black churches) and the civil rights movement, an outgrowth of the black church. (In the case of Jackson, there was also a connection to the labor movement, but the party is rejecting that constituency as well.)

Modern Democrats have placed more emphasis on black pseudo-intellectuals who tend to be more secular (or certainly less outwardly religious) - guys like Ta Nehisi Coates and Ibram X. Kendi. Well, those guys get their supposed credibility from the media and academia, which are basically white institutions. They have no special connections to the black community or institutions, so giving those guys a platform probably doesn't give them much credibility with blacks.

I know I will have to ask for forgiveness for taking joy from others misfortune, but I smile when I see some Democrat voting anti conservatives complain on tv when they can’t make ends meet.
And I’m pissed at Trump, if he would have stayed off Twitter we wouldn’t be here.
Putin stays home and rides his horse, inflation would not have hit us like a Tsunami and gas would be $2.25.
I hope these people who vote on what some jackwad told them instead of thinking for themselves learn.
Bill Mahr seems to have.

Unfortunately with the trillions in entitlements these days no liberal will go hungry because of their stupidity. Liberals buy votes for a reason.

If the GOP is smart they will use this SCOTUS pick and the "I can't define Woman" line to paint the entire Dem party with it. They should go on the offensive and characterize the whole party starting with Biden, and then actually talk about how Biden isn't event he most extreme Dem on the ballot. Other Dems would go even further to throw away woman as an identity.

That, along with them being grooming pedophiles, war maniacs, anti-white racists, and dollar destroyers. Hit them with all of it.

I’m curious if let’s go Brandon chants outside the polls are illegal according to election law.

Hassan, NH Dem senator, polling at 43-44% for US senate. The doom is going to set in later this year after GOP nominate their candidates and one on one polling is done. Typically in late August is when the polls start to matter. If dems have to spend money in NH, what does Beto get in Texas?
