I remember hearing this fact on the radio before the election. More older black elderly people had already voted in Texas and (I think) Georgia than voted in 2016. Hillary did not drive positive votes. Trump's divisiveness drove people to vote against him.
Arizona is a good example. I don't know who to attribute Arizona's win to? 90% of Navaho's voted for Biden. "The three counties that overlap with the Hopi Tribe and Navajo Nation gave Biden 73,954 votes, and just 2,010 for Trump, a rate of 97% for Biden as opposed to 51% statewide." That doesn't include natives living outside of those three counties. So, you take a picture in front of Andrew Jackson or you continually talk **** about McCain. Neither helped him in a state that you lost by about 17,000 votes.
